Lucumi Traditional Tools and Crowns
In 1992 Oggun Gbemi began to create her own versions of traditional Lucumi tools and Crowns. Her works became so well known that she eventually started SAN PEDRO METALWORKS. The studio was in operation until 2009. At the present time the shop is not producing for the general public. This site is a gallery of some of the works that she has produced in the past 10 years.
ABOUT THIS SITE
Maria Oggun Gbemi is an initiate of the Afro-Cuban Lucumi religion.
She was initiated to the Orisha Oggun in 1990. This site showcases some of the
works she has produced for the Lucumi community and for the general public.
